Trustful Wishes

Dear readers
As I reach-out to my correspondants to wish them a happy new year, I am overwhelmed by the evidence of the need we all share:

In this world where gossip and fake news are replacing open communication , where international treaties are thrown away, and where many national leaders are incompetent and/or unreliable, what we need most is to preserve a climate of trust in our own environments.
We should strive to practice trustworthy communications, to stick to the rules of the game we have agreed with our stakeholders, and to build confidence in the competencies of our teams.
